After first establishing Kazuki’s in Daylesford in 2011, Chef Kazuki Tsuya and his partner Saori came to us to help them fulfil a long-held dream—to relocate their acclaimed regional dining destination to the city.
We worked with Kazuki and Saori to define a strategy, experience philosophy, and visual identity that could differentiate Kazuki’s Carlton as a fine dining establishment—underpinned by omotenashi, a traditional and detail-oriented Japanese approach to hospitality.
