In 2017, we worked with Cbus Property on a new development designed by John Wardle Architects. To begin, we strategically positioned the project as an exemplar of residential Collingwood living. With consideration of our audience, and its unique island site, we created the name ‘Holme,’ an old English word for a small island found in a river.
This project wasn’t simply about selling apartments, it was about distilling the essence of Collingwood, sharing an honest representation of what we believe makes the suburb so unique.
To tell an authentic narrative of Collingwood, we called on a community of exemplary local creative practitioners to share stories of their practice and their connection to home.
